Elbow Services

The elbow is functionally known as a hinge joint.
The elbow joint is the complex hinge joint between the humerus in the upper arm and the radius and ulna in the forearm. It is formed by the medial and lateral condyles, and the olecranon process. Ligaments and tendons connect muscles to bones in the elbow joint. Movements in the elbow joint include flexion, extension, pronation and supination.
Injuries can occur with overuse of the elbow. Other causes of elbow pain include sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, bursitis and arthritis.
